Sesame Network has partnered with Mortgage Brain’s CRM system, The Key, and GBG to enable advisors to perform electronic identity verifications.
The integration is designed to streamline the counseling process and save Sesame network members time by helping them complete identity checks, store information and receive counseling within The Key.
The technology automatically populates forms with important customer information, eliminating duplicates and reducing the risk of human error.
It also minimizes the need for advisors to have to manually save and add documents.
Richard Howells, Chief Operating Officer of Sesame Bankhall Group, said: “We are very pleased to be working in partnership with the experts at Mortgage Brain and GBG, to roll out a new proprietary solution that saves our members valuable time and improve the counseling experience.
“We are continually looking to improve the technological capacity of our network.
“This is another example of our commitment to continuous improvement, which helps our members work more efficiently and provide their customers with the best possible service.”
Mortgage Brain’s Director of Sales and Marketing, Neil Wyatt, says, “Collaborating on projects that use technology in new ways to help save mortgage advisors time, enabling them to deliver more efficient, is something everyone at Mortgage Brain is passionate about.
“Working on the integration of electronic identity verification with Sesame Bankhall Group is another great example of how continually challenging traditional processes can yield powerful results.”
CBG’s Commercial Director for Europe, Middle East and Asia, Andy Chrascina, adds: “We have seen an increase in demand for our remote identity verification solutions in the mortgage, transfer ownership and legal as they undergo a digital transformation accelerated by Covid-19.
“We are delighted to be able to help Sesame Bankhall Group transform the service it can offer its members and end users, providing a fast, secure and convenient digital experience.”
